Answers to the Usual Questions

Most clients ask some version of these before booking. If yours isn't here, send a note — we usually reply same day.

No. Your trainer brings everything — dumbbells, bands, mats, kettlebells, whatever the session calls for. All you need is a small open space, about 6×8 feet.
We currently train clients throughout Smith County — Tyler, Lindale, Whitehouse, Bullard, Flint, and surrounding communities. If you're nearby and unsure, just ask.
Especially for you. A large share of our clients are 65+ and starting from zero. Every program is built around your current strength, balance, and any limitations — we go slowly and earn every progression.
Standard sessions run 45–60 minutes. Most clients train 2–3 times per week. We'll recommend a frequency at your consult based on your goals and recovery.
Packages start around the price of a premium gym membership and scale with frequency. We'll walk through exact pricing at your free consultation — no obligation, no upsell.
Life happens. Cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before with no charge. We'll always find another slot that works for you.
